As a graphic designer, I created an invitation set that was as unique as its venue: the Moshulu, a historic ship built in 1904. All of the printed collateral reflected a vintage feel in both design and copy – as if it had been sent by the ship's captain himself. As a thank you for attending the dinner, recipients received a copy of the book "Longitude", that had a custom, letter pressed book jacket designed to match the look of the invitation set.
"In a dry category and a complex message, this work found and developed the insight into an integrated theme. The solution reflects a relevant human trust and all components are designed impeccably."
