Urgent care has an image problem. Long waits, fluorescent lights, and a general sense of dread. This mailer was built to change that first impression before anyone ever walked through the door.
The concept came together around one headline: Accidents happen as fast as our care. I art directed the piece with a designer and writer, and honestly the photo did a lot of the work. A little girl climbing the kitchen counter is so specific and so real that you don't need to explain anything. You just get it.
The back panel kept things practical and easy to scan. All the information someone would need in a moment of stress, right where they'd look for it. For CareNow's grand opening, a mailer that didn't just announce they were open. It gave people a reason to remember them when it mattered most.
